What is the syntax for RuleLoadFromFileEx?

RuleLoadFromFileEx(Cube, TextFile, CharacterSet)

• Cube = Cube Name
• TextFile = Name of the text file with the rules
• CharacterSet = Character encoding used for the file (refer to the SetInputCharacterSet function)
