DATE returns the date in a string yy-dd-mm format.
What is the syntax for DATE?
DATE(SerialNumber, <ReturnFourDigitsYear>)
SerialNumber is a date expressed in a serial format number.
An optional boolean argument to display the Year in 4 digits
