ElementAttrSL(Dimension, Hierarchy, Element, Attribute, [LangLocaleCode])

• Dimension = Name of the Dimension​
• Hierarchy = Name of the Hierarchy within the Dimension​
• Element = Name of the Element within the Dimension​
• Attribute = Name of the Attribute​
• LangLocaleCode = Language Locale Code – note this is an optional field.
