RemoveCAMID = leave or delete CAMID (1 deletes the CAMID from the }ClientCAMAssociatedGroups control cube and 0 leaves the CAMID)

Remove “CAMID Group A” associations with TM1 user groups by deleting the CAMID from }ClientCAMAssociatedGroups control cube and also remove “CAMID Group B” associations but leaving the CAMID in the control cube.
