ElIsPar(TM1ServerName:Dimension, ParentElement, ChildElement)

• ​TM1ServerName = Name of the TM1 Server
• Dimension = Name of the Dimension
• ParentElement = Parent element of the child element to be queried
• ChildElement = Element to be queried of its weighting
